Self-awareness is the ability to accurately perceive and understand your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as the impact you have on others. | ||||

Self-categorization | ||||
Self-categorization is the process of identifying and grouping yourself into different social categories, such as: | ||||

Self-categorization can influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a number of ways. | religion | For example, it can affect your self-esteem, your relationships with others, and your motivation to achieve goals. | ||
